DAY 1 • Rome • Naples • Pompeii • Sorrento
Early morning departure for Naples by train. The local assistant will meet you upon arrival at the Naples train station. Continue to Pompeii for a guided visit to the archaeological site of a city both destroyed and preserved by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Afterward, depart towards Sorrento. A local assistant will welcome you at hotel during the check-in. Accommodation in Sorrento.
DAY 2 • Sorrento • Capri • Sorrento • 40 km
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet the guide and sail to Capri. After arriving at the island, enjoy a boat trip around the island with the option ($) to visit the Blue Grotto (weather permitting). Continue by minibus to reach the famous Piazzetta (Piazza Umberto I), the heart of the island. Free time to explore Capri. Return to the port to take the ferry and transfer to your hotel in Sorrento. DAY 3 • Sorrento • Positano • Amalfi • 55 km
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, you will depart for Amalfi. Along the way, you will stop in Positano, the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, for two hours to visit at your own pace. Accommodation in Amalfi.
DAY 4 • Amalfi Coast
Breakfast at the hotel. Time is at leisure to appreciate the beauty of this magnificent seaside city. You can take a local bus to visit the surroundings or relax in front of the splendid panorama and take a swim in the Mediterranean Sea. Supper at leisure and accommodation in Amalfi.
DAY 5 • Amalfi • Naples • Rome
Breakfast at the hotel and morning is free to explore. In the afternoon around 15:00, direct transfer from Amalfi to Naples. The local assistant in Naples will help you to board the high speed train to Rome. Arrival at Rome Termini Station around 19:00.
