DAY 1
Arrival in Alberobello by your own means. Check-in at Charming Trulli (between 15:00 and 19:00) where you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. The Trulli are cone shaped historic houses with all comforts. Welcome supper at a local restaurant. Accommodation in Alberobello.

DAY 2
After breakfast meet with your private bilingual guide (English/French speaking) at 09:00. You will have the option to choose between 3 excursions*. The first option is a half-day bike tour. You will ride through the Aia Piccola district and visit the Alberobello countryside. Stop to buy bread, focaccia and mozzarella. Visit the Terra Madre organic gardens with an explanation of the techniques of organic cultivation and harvesting of fresh fruit and vegetables. Followed by a light lunch. Return to Alberobello. The second option is a half day bike tour riding through the Aia Piccola district and a visit to the Alberobello countryside. After your arrival at the Masseria and meeting with the owners, preparation of mozzarella and cheese with a final tasting. Return to Alberobello. The third option is a half day bike tour riding through the Aia Piccola district and a visit to the Alberobello countryside. Then, arrival at the country bakery with a demonstration of the production of “Taralli” (savory biscuits) and bread. Then you will have a tasting of focaccia (with already risen dough) garnished and cooked in the wood oven. Return to Alberobello and the rest of the day is free. Accommodation in Alberobello.

*The selected option must be requested at the time of booking and the departure will be confirmed in the morning or in the afternoon according to availability.

**In the event you are unable to take the bike tour, we can arrange a short walking tour of Alberobello, followed by a transfer with a vintage vehicle (Fiat Multipla 850 or similar) to take you to the orchard, the farmhouse, or the bakery.

DAY 3
After breakfast make your way to meet with your private bilingual guide in Valle d’Itria (English/French speaking) for a half day tour (Ostuni or Martina Franca or Ape Calessino ride). If you choose Ostuni, it includes a walking tour in the “white town” with a stop at a local olive oil mill for an oil tasting. If you choose Martina Franca, it includes a walking tour in the baroque town with a stop at a winery for a wine tasting. If you choose Ape Calessino ride (Tuk Tuk vehicle), you will meet your guide in Ostuni and board the fun Ape Calessino to visit the hilly landscape surrounding Ostuni (The ride is 30 minutes, the rest of the tour will be on foot with the guide). Return to Alberobello and the rest of the day is free. Supper on your own, accommodation in Alberobello.

DAY 4
Breakfast and check-out (between 08:30 and 10:30). Depart by your own means.
