The Fattoria Sant’Appiano is situated in the most charming corner of the Chianti area, between old churches and hills, making this landscape one of the most famous and beloved in the world. It is one of the oldest wine producing Tuscan farms in the region of Chianti. The house itself was built on the south side of the Romanesque church in the hamlet of Sant’Appiano, which dates back to the 9th century and overlooks the valley with a view of San Gimignano. The ancient Fattoria of Sant’Appiano produces an excellent Chianti wine, Grappa and extra virgin olive oil. The eight apartments have been restored over the years, two apartments are located inside the farm, another two are located in the village of Sant’Appiano and four are in a newly restored barn near the swimming pool.

Riserva di Fizzano is a medieval ʺborgoʺ (hamlet), which rises up on a hilltop in the heart of the Chianti Classico production zone. Located on the “Via Francigena”, almost halfway between Siena and Florence, it is a good point of departure to visit the most beautiful “jewels” of Tuscany. In the heart of the Chianti Valley, surrounded by vineyards and olive fields, this complex is composed of 19 apartments. The property provides wide green spaces, a chapel, two swimming pools, a bar and a restaurant. The property also offers free guided tours of the vineyard “Rocca delle Macie”, located a few kilometers from the Riserva, followed by a wine tasting. You will also find a local store with homemade products such as wine, olive oil and honey. The Riserva di Fizzano also offers cooking lessons (off premises), trekking, yoga, bike tours, as well as many other activities (prices available upon request).
