GUIDED WALKING TOUR OF VENICE

Panoramic walking tour of Venice, including St. Mark’s Square, with emphasis on the history and origins of the main monuments of Venice such as St. Mark’s Basilica, the Bell Tower, the Doge’s Palace, the ‘’Pantheon’’of Venice, the Clock Tower and the Santa Maria Formosa Church. Tour ends at St. Mark’s Square.

THREE ISLANDS: MURANO, BURANO AND TORCELLO
Duration: 6 hours
Transfer from Venice to Murano by boat for a visit to a glassblowing factory. You will then discover Burano, famous for its lace production and its colorful fishermen’s homes. Continue to Torcello where the first settlers arrived and was once the most populous island of the region. A tour escort will assist you on the islands. Entrance fees for the churches in Torcello are not included.
Meeting point: In front of the Prison Palace (yellow box) between the Doge’s Palace and the Hotel Danieli. The tour will end in Saint Mark’s Square

VENICE AND GONDOLA RIDE
Duration: 2 hours
Enjoy a historical walking tour from St. Marks Square to the Rialto Bridge, passing through the most important Venetian highlights such as the Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Clock- tower, the Bridge of Sighs and the Fenice Opera House. Later, embark on a gondola for a 30-minute tour on the Grand Canal and the small surrounding canals. Entrance fees not included.
The gondola is not considered private, it is shared with other guests not belonging to the same party – Each gondola can accommodate up to 5 people. The tour will not operate on days the weather does not permit.
