ROME HOP ON HOP OFF

Duration: 24 hours or 48 hours

Panoramic tour of Rome on an open-top double-decker bus. Decide where and when you want to stop. The buses drive continuously by the city’s most important monuments. Get on and off wherever you please at any of the main stops of the city: Termini train station – Colosseum – Circo Massimo – Piazza Venezia – Trevi Fountain – Villa Borghese – Piazza Barberini – Vatican City. Slight change of itinerary for the tours operated on Sundays and holidays. Entrance fees are not included.

ETERNAL ROME

Duration: 3 hours

City tour of the classic monuments of Rome by bus and on foot. Through the historical centre you will see Piazza della Repubblica, Trevi Fountain, Colonna di Marco Aurelio, Palazzo di Montecitorio and the magnificent Pantheon. Then continue to Palazzo Madama and Piazza Navona. You will pass by the Castel Sant’Angelo and the tour will end at St. Peter’s Square. (Earphones included for groups with more than 10 people).

IMPERIAL ROME

Duration: 3 hours

Enjoy this guided walking tour, learn everything about the history and the symbol of Rome, the Colosseum. Discover the excavated ruins of the Roman Forum, an archaeological site, where many structures remain intact to this day.

The tour will not operate: March 19, first Sunday of each month and Good Friday.

THE VATICAN MUSEUMS

Duration: 3 hours

The visit of the Vatican Museums will include the Tapestries Gallery, the Geographical Maps Gallery and the Sistine Chapel (no guide inside the Sistine Chapel). After the visit, the guide will take you to St. Peter’s square, where you will have privileged access to the interior of St. Peter’s Basilica, and free time to visit (no guide).  Earphones minimum 11 people.

No interior visit of St. Peter’s Basilica during ceremonies, exterior only.

Departures everyday at 10:00 and 13:30 except on Sundays and during religious celebrations.

The tour will not operate: Good Friday, June 29 and August 15.

TIVOLI

Duration: 4 hours (Minimum 6 persons)

Visit the ruins of Villa Adriana, the most beautiful Imperial residence designed and built by Emperor Hadrian at the beginning of the 2nd century A.D. You will visit the exquisite Villa D’Este, dating back to the Renaissance era, with its countless fountains and superb Italian gardens.

Departure on Sundays at 14:30 from April 01 to September 30 and from October 1 to October 31 at 8:00 a.m.

Tour will not operate: May 1 and Rome Marathon day.

VESUVIUS AND POMPEII WITH LUNCH

Duration: 13 hours (Minimum 12 persons)

Arrival in Herculaneum, with the Open Bus you will travel 1000 meters (about 20 minutes) to Mt. Vesuvius (not the crater) and participate in a guided, one-hour walking tour. In the early afternoon, continue by bus to Pompeii for a lunch break (included) and a visit with a local guide of the Pompeii excavations, a city destroyed by the volcanic eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. At the end of the tour, return by coach to Rome.

Departures daily at 07:15 from April 01 to October 31.

CAPRI WITH LUNCH

Duration: 12 hours (Minimum 12 persons)

Early departure for Naples through the regions of Lazio and Campania. You will take the ferry from Naples to Capri. Weather permitting, you will visit the Blue Grotto (paid locally, about 36 euros per person). Then, go on a panoramic tour of Capri that will end in Anacapri, located at the summit of the island. Lunch is included at a local restaurant, followed by free time. Return by ferry to Naples and then to Rome by coach, which will take approximately 3 hours. 

Departure on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 07:15 from April 01 to October 31 and from June 1 also on Sundays.

ORVIETO AND ASSISI WITH LUNCH

Duration: 12 hours (Minimum 8 persons)

You will leave Rome by bus driving through the Tiber Valley.  You will reach Orvieto, a small town of Etruscan origin to admire the Gothic-Romanesque, 14th-century cathedral. Continue traveling through the green Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Lunch will be in a lovely farmhouse in a small village near the famous Trasimeno Lake. Finally, an enchanting walk through the streets of Assisi with a local guide, where you will visit the San Francesco and Saint Chiara Basilica. After the tour, free time on your own.
