GUIDED WALKING TOUR OF FLORENCE

Your local guide will lead you on an unforgettable journey through the most beautiful squares and monuments of Florence. The tour begins in Piazza della Repubblica, one of the city’s most elegant squares, renowned for its historic cafés and refined atmosphere. Strolling through Florence’s characteristic streets, you’ll reach the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo and the iconic Ponte Vecchio. You’ll then admire the Accademia dei Georgofili and Piazza degli Uffizi before arriving at Piazza della Signoria, Florence’s beating heart—an open-air museum dominated by the Palazzo Vecchio and the magnificent Loggia dei Lanzi, home to masterpieces such as Perseus by Benvenuto Cellini and The Rape of the Sabine Women by Giambologna. The tour concludes in Piazza del Duomo, where you’ll marvel at the Cathedral with Filippo Brunelleschi’s dome, the Florence Baptistery, and Giotto’s Campanile.

Visit the Uffizi Gallery, home to the most beautiful collection of Italian Renaissance art including paintings by Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Caravaggio and many others. It is possible to remain in the museum until closing time.

SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO AND CHIANTI

Crossing the beautiful Chianti hills, you will arrive at the medieval hilltop of Monteriggioni. Continue to Siena, famous for its traditional Palio horse race and Gothic architecture. Follow your local guide to the Piazza del Campo, visit Piazza del Duomo and admire the imposing Cathedral. Next stop is San Gimignano, famous for its white wine, the renowned Vernaccia, and its medieval towers, free time to visit on your own. Finally, continue to the Chianti region where you will taste the best Chianti wine in a rustic winery along with home-made snacks and olive oil.

CINQUE TERRE

Duration: 12h30

An exciting adventure from Florence to Cinque Terre National Park. You will arrive in Manarola by bus: the village famous for its historic character and local wine. Continue on a 10-minute train ride to Vernazza, one of the most colorful and photographed fishing villages of the area, where you will have some free time to relax and wander.  Next, head to Monterosso by train: you will have time to visit this ancient fishing village and plunge into the crystal sea and sunbathe, before taking a boat to the last village Riomaggiore. You will sail along the coastline to admire the villages from another perspective, the sea. Time at leisure to explore this seaside town surrounding a small natural port.

PISA AND THE LEANING TOWER

Duration: 5h30

Famous for its Leaning Tower, Pisa is one of the most visited towns in Tuscany. Upon your arrival, you will begin the guided tour by discovering the Piazza dei Miracoli and its monuments, followed by the interior visit of the Cathedral, a model of the Romanesque architecture in Pisa*. From the exterior you will admire the Baptistery, the Monumental Graveyard and the world famous Leaning Tower, discovering all its secrets. You will enjoy the interior visit, as well as climb its spiraling 294 steps.

* If there is a long line up to visit the interior of the cathedral, a guided tour of Piazza dei Cavalieri will be offered.
