DAY 1 • Dubrovnik
Arrival at Dubrovnik airport and private transfer to the hotel. Free time to explore the stunning medieval walled city famous for its preserved Old Town, limestone streets, Baroque architecture, and coastal setting. Accommodation in Dubrovnik.
DAY 2 • Dubrovnik
Breakfast at the hotel and then explore Old Town Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage site, by strolling along its ramparts and admiring the historic sites like the Rector’s Palace, the Bell Tower, or take the cable car (not included) to Mount Srđ. A 412-meter-high hill with panoramic views of Dubrovnik, the walled Old Town and the Adriatic Sea. Accommodation in Dubrovnik.
DAY 3 • Dubrovnik • Korcula • Ston • Dubrovnik • 238 km
After breakfast at the hotel, private transfer to the Adriatic coast to reach the Peljesac Peninsula, known for its vineyards and oysters. From here, a boat will take you to the island of Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. On your return to Dubrovnik, you will stop in Ston on the Peljesac peninsula to see the longest defensive stone walls in Europe and then continue for a wine tasting. Accommodation in Dubrovnik.
DAY 4 • Dubrovnik
After breakfast, enjoy a free day in Dubrovnik. You can choose between two optional excursions ($): a day trip by boat to the Elaphiti Islands, with swimming and lunch on board, or an excursion to Kotor Bay in Montenegro to visit Perast, a magnificent fortified town, and Budva. DAY 5 • Dubrovnik • Plitvice • 694 km
Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to the Plitvice Lakes region with a few stops long the way. The rest of the day is at leisure. Accommodation in the Plitvice region.
DAY 6 • Plitvice • Split • 203 km
After breakfast, set off to explore Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its 16 turquoise lakes and cascading waterfalls surrounded by lush vegetation. You can take a half day self guided walk (3–4 hours) through the park’s most scenic routes. After lunch (not included), private transfer to Split via the mountain region of Lika to the coastal plains of Dalmatia. Accommodation in Split.
DAY 7 • Split
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day or take an optional excursion ($) to the cities of Split and Trogir. Enjoy a guided tour ($) of Split’s historic monuments such as the Diocletian’s Palace (UNESCO site). The tour continues to Trogir, a picturesque ancient town, with its historic center under the protection of UNESCO since 1997. It combines ancient Greek and Roman architecture, as well as Venetian Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Accommodation in Split.
